We sent her copies of back invoices week before last, because she had only the final one from Don.

She called again because she had the attached budget summary from Wendy Gehring and has been told that $15,100 is the budget.  She finally got in touch with Kitch (he’s back from Hong Kong) – he told her he thought the overage might be due to the check presentation ceremony.  I told her I was pretty certain that wasn’t the case, and that I assumed that hard costs accounted for some part of it. 

Anyway, I didn’t want to put my foot in anything, having not heard what Wendy said at the meeting in regards to budget.  So I told her I’d run it by you and we’d call her back.
